david Chamberlain
What do you think about that color? Doesn't appear to have the old pink color but does appear to have that muted down color w/iridescence. If an older example this should go through the roof! spara50
The clear pink and blue glass examples like this one are reproductions. The vintage versions come in light blue and white milk glass. I have never seen a vintage one in clear glass. I have all 4 colors in my collection, they are very nice. david Chamberlain
Thanks for the specifics about the older opaque ones. I was only going on the basis of the color for questioning this. I was strictly Depression Glass in the early 1970s and would grind the enamel off my teeth when I started seeing the reproduction DG coming along later. Of course, this cross-over item is too good to be true! David

david Chamberlain
Hi Craig, Love that blue. Just mentioned you at Kevin's Board while providing Jenny with a show brief for Kansas City and what not to miss while in the area. John Mc had already given her the specifics about your two show plan and suggested that she also get over to see Larry & Cathy's state-of-the-art set-up at the Toy & Minature Mus. david Chamberlain
Yeah, the newer pink had kind of a chrome look to it and it felt different.....heavier. David
