During the Wheaton Arts Marble Show weekend, the Carlisle School of Glass Arts runs a flame-off on Saturday night. Participating artists have 90 minutes to complete a marble. The next day, they are removed from the kiln, judged by a panel of 3 judges, then moved to the Wheaton Arts Marble Show for a "People's Choice" vote... Then, the marbles are auctioned off on ebay and the proceeds benefit programs of CSGA, Wheaton Arts and the Riverfront Renaissance. Check 'em out!!!
