99marbles131
Is there anything what truly sets these two companies apart? I know Ravenswood brown is distinctive, but what else?
MrsMopar
This is just me and how my mind sees them..... When I looks at the Ravenswood, there is a depth, richness to the colors, they have a certain 'flow'. When I look at the Alley's, they have great colors AND their patterns are noticeable...flames, caligraphy, that sort of thing. Not sure this will help you but I hope it does. :-) Felicia
jeeperman
Some of them are indestinguishable, really have to go by a marble to marble basis and even then there are some that could have been made by either.
MrsMopar
yep...You're doing pretty good if you can narrow it down to 2 or 3 of the WV Swirl companies. Study, learn and more study..that helps a lot and asking questions. :-) Felicia
