Wierd Cats Eye or?

Hi all, going through a bunch of cats eyes and this one looks a little different. It's more solid in the middle vs ribbon. Anyone know it?

Maybe Master?

Not sure.  would like to get a good feel for how many different ribbons of each color there are.  And is that base tinted blue?  That's different.

 

But for now I am thinking Master or foreign.   The middle part looks Master.

The middle is like a big white glob. Not thin. Prob 2 yellow ribbons on the edge of the white blob and a orange one that's not on the white blob, its separate and the blue one is separate. It's not tinted blue. I just dropped it in my truck somewhere lol. It was either clear or olive tinted. I have a bunch of older looking olive tinted ones if those are any special?

Without seeing pictures, going to say olive tinted is not special.  That sounds like what we call coke bottle glass, and it's not considered good.

 

With it not being blue tinted, that makes me feel better about Master or foreign, like perhaps a German cat's eye or what some might call a German sparkler.
