Not seeing Snake.  Don't Snake spirals usually more and go from the top all the way around the marble to the bottom, like a coil.  Yours has a lot of transparent on one side.  The spirals are also close to the surface and often go into the inside of the marble as a thicker swirl.

This is just another cool corkscrew. Call it what you want to.
Notice the spiral in the clear base.
I could swear that Akro Agate had a machine running that they just threw colors into wishing for the best result.
There are just too many to categorize.
