Ric Posted May 13, 2023 Report Share Posted May 13, 2023 I think marbles like this might be found in a Sparkler box - I'd call it a Sparkler Patch. The structure reminds me of an "eye" patch but on a transparent base with wispy white - sorta like a cross between a Sparkler and a Popeye Patch.
