All companies made organe-ish and white swirls back in the day.
This one is a WVS imho,  just nothing to get too excited about because there were so many made like this over the years.
It is not a Vitro.
Marble—On!!

Same with this or this one a bit different??

Yes--the same.

I know--it looks like a slag--it is a swirl.

Keep it going and you will know the difference.

Slags are generally found in any lot of marbles because they for the most part do not carry much value--quadmillions were made.

If you have not found any slags yet--you will--and they are more than likely old.

Marble--On!!

Just because it looks like a nine but a dead swirl of a nine.

The “Nine Thing” may be a bit of a misnomer.
Many marbles, slags, swirls or even a patch or two will show up with a “nine” involved.
No maker has the trademark on any “nine” they just happen as a result of the marble machinery that is/was used to produce these cute little orbs.
Never buy a marble because of the”nine” unless you are a collector of “Nines”—many do--!!!
Study the classic “nines” that are more often than not associated with “slag type marbles” from a variety of old classic marble makers.
Marble—On!!

Thanks for the info. I just got this in a job lot. don’t really buy single marble not unless it’s guaranteed what I’m looking for.
