Retiring the Buy & Sell forum

I am shuttering our largely inactive Buy and Sell forum on Monday, November 18th. I have disabled posting to it but am leaving it up a few days in case someone needs to retrieve something from it.

Closing it will allow MarbleConnection to stay focused on discussions. It will also reduce our moderation overhead and eliminate the risk of blow-back from potential deals gone sour.

For buying and selling, you can find a much better experience elsewhere such as the National Marbles - Buy & Sell group on FaceBook. The FaceBook groups have thousands of members and a fair bidding system with more public accountability, so I highly recommend you join some of those groups if you're looking to buy or sell.
