Could be common, but interesting color

Hello. I am a very new marble collector, so I don’t know if this is a common one or not. I bought it because it had an interesting color that stood out from the bowl it was in in an antique market. Curious if anyone can identify it! It definitely has some swirls to it (again, I’m new so I don’t know the proper terminology) but the swirls are so tight that at a glance it could seem opaque. Interested to hear what you all think :)

We are all new--every day we find out new stuff.

You are "Just Starting" so more power to you, you will find out more new stuff than the rest of us here and that is what is so cool about this hobby.

If you are looking for value--this one does not add up to very much.

If you are looking for eye appeal--then you did it quite nicley--- in your world at least and that is what counts.

Collect what you like and I think that you like this one--that is enough for me.

Marble--On!!
