Yes, a Popeye, but a weak one imho.

Glass colors do not mix together--at least in my humble experience.

I would love to see it in hand--oh well.

This is just my opinion below.

Black in glass was either made from blue, purple, green or brown (maybe a few others were involved).

There were a few Black recipes but they are very rare.

This one looks like it got too hot and the blue was burned.

Call it a burned blue and yellow Popeye.

I always appreciate all opinions and hope to see some more
