Hi, my names mitch. I moved into a house in central PA that was built in 1922. The home was owned by my father’s childhood friend. It’s a small little

two bedroom house that has had an addition put onto it creating a new kitchen and the old kitchen is now a dining room. There used to be steps up to the attic but since the addition was put on they closed off the attic which was actually livable space you could get there by just going up steps and now it’s accessible from pull down door with a ladder. Naturally it was where the kids hungout and when it was closed off they stopped playing up there. Recently while installing some insulation under the floor boards I discovered some army men, some pencils and playing cards and a good amount of marbles. I just wanted to share them here. Oh yeah and I think the addition was put on in 1958 so that’s around the time the kids stopped going up stairs. Thank you ! Nice to meet you all and thanks for reading my story.
