I think I have I identified this correctly thanks to watching a Stephen Bahr video. No mistake, it is a day glow blue color when backlit. I wonder if I might have others in my Peltier collection. This one does have some contact hits. Acceptable for my collection, not too bad. It is about 5/8ths. Under the flash, it is blue and white. Not black at all.
