If Vitro, it would be a weird "Whitie" if Peltier--a weird "Rainbo". The colors line up with both companies--the blow outs do not. I do not remember many Vitro with all-out chip surrounded blow holes. Peltiers are known for this so I lean towards Peltier Rainbo. Nice share--interesting for sure.
