German Peewee Onion Skin?

I know technically this is over the true peewee allotment.  I bought a random jar for some interesting swirls, and this lonely guy was in there.

Onion skin?

Agree, as long as there's no gaps between the ribbons revealing the interior then it's a Josephs coat. Try putting it in a glass of water to get a better look
