In the last few years I've heard a lot of references to "getting outside of your comfort-zone".

It sort of seems like this is the new 'cure-all' therapy that will make you 'whole'.

It's probably a pretty good idea for many people.

But what if you're like me, and already by nature spend 18 hours a day outside of the zone?

Personally, I'm pretty sure what I really need is more time 'in'. Not 'out'. :)
