Steph. Please explain ace. I thought it was a cork with a clear swirl amongst the white. Tell me about the orange glow. : )
-
Oooh. I like that one best. And would the light blue ones be called "baseballs?"
-
Cool. I have a few with that cloudy base....here are a few with different color opaque based. The blue and greenish one flow under black light
-
Thanks. It is a cork. Very pretty and striking.
-
Thanks I put those together because of the white opaque base and the translucent patch. This one has a cloudy white base.

I know cleared are pretty much impossible to identify, but this amber colored one has a strange little thing in it.

Haha. You seem to be a fun guy too! I love this place! : )

Haha. I've already accepted the west Virginia swirl theory.

Yay! Playing with marbles again! Now I'm going through patches. How the heck do you tell them apart?
-
Did they ever make marbles in South Paris, Maine?
-
Some really pretty and different multi color swirls. Bright green, dark green, bluish gray, splash of baby blue and a gray backround.

I wish I brought my other really good ones because I saw a lot of them there, but I am pretty sure I know their identities so...but no clue on the pink (raised some eyebrows), I had a pelt rebel, some mfc and old cac slags, the bloodshot eyeballs is maybe a pelt, one guy really liked my big green alley (he named it) with the horse hair oxblood. But some of my other mysteries remain unsolved! I really learned a lot and the guy hosting the show lives in the next town as me. He was really great and informative, as were most others. Some folks seemed a bit tight. Lol. Edit: concerning the marble on this thread: obviously I just take horrible marble pictures! Haha

Just got back from my first show. Learned so much. This was confirmed by every one there: Christiansen striped electric opaque! In good shape, around 200. How exciting! : )
-
Yes. : ) pink. True pink in my opinion, not light purple. With champagne bubbles! The line in the first picture seems to be a crack that runs almost half way across. It looks old and well loved, but not too chipped up. It's kinda pretty.

Strange one and really hard to capture the colors. There is no white it's rather a blue gray. And the backround is very iridescent. Very pretty with slashes of aqua.

My sympathies.

Thanks. Sorry for the bad pictures. I love that layered look.
