  1. Here’s a common NLR MCR with straight seams 🔥 RAR
  2. Here’s a more active example of what that looks like on a different Rainbo. The blue/red and white all get pulled and get pushes into where they started from. It rotated 90 degrees and that’s when that seam twisted. So.NLR’s trait is the 3 ribbons on each side of the seams. So…NLR is 6 ribbons. Tweeners 4 and Rainbos have 2. 🔥 RAR
  3. There’s 4 ribbons instead of a Rainbo with 2 ribbon Rainbo. It’s not an NLR either. Hope that makes sense🔥 RAR
  4. I see the Pelt now. The Flip Flop is there. Pic 5 is what I’m basing my second on opinion on. Pic 5. The Flip Flop is on the right where the seams meet. On the left one the rollers pulled the red over the seams and pushed the green ribbon down towards the other seam. I now think it’s a Tweener 🔥 RAR
  5. Outstanding 🔥🔥🔥 RAR
  6. At this point I think it’s a Jabo Classic🔥 RAR
  7. It’s definitely a fine line when it comes to polishing or buffing. I was able to win cheap handmade marbles in the early EBay days. I had about 12 or so polished. One of the reasons was to see and learn the core types. These were in such bad shape a glass of water would hardly help. I’ll post pics. I think someone did just post some examples in Sundays Best. Hand mades can with stand an aggressive polishing. However. Machine mades are the opposite. A light buff is the best. A polished machine made can be ruined in a matter of minutes. The OP was just on the edge of this happening. If it went any further the seam in pic 1 would have been lost and the light feathering at the end of the ribbons would have been lost🔥 RAR
  8. I’m glad you went into more detail. 🔥 RAR
  9. If you zoom in on the molten pin pricks you can see the sharp edge of the prick🔥 RAR
  10. It’s a polished Dragon. Someone wanted to save it. Outstanding pattern 🔥 RAR
  11. It is a Cool Cat. If it didn’t have the green I would have said Vitro Horseshoe Cat🔥 RAR
  12. I just thought I’d throw this out there Tweeners are the marbles that were made when Peltier transitioned from NLR’s to Rainbos. It’s just a gap in the production time line. I’ll post some pics later. The stuff I have here is from a Tweener pit at the old factory site🔥 RAR
  13. Parm got it. Here’s an example of a BR RW. 🔥 RAR
  14. The transparent brown has me at Alley. It’s a really nice example with a few flame tips. 🔥 RAR
  15. ZING ! Outstanding high dollar CAC Striped opaque. It’s book worthy IMHO We’ll see what others think. I’d hate to be misleading you here but I’m pretty confident it’s what I’m saying it is. Are you sure it’s opaque? Double check🔥 RAR
  16. I have to check Sami’s book. They usually came in the box. It is the base glass that determines if it is or isn’t one🔥 RAR
  17. Tricky. It might be a Blue Raven RW or a very unique Jabo. It’s a nice one. We’ll see what others think🔥 RAR
