  4. Sharing scan of an original photo that Ken Humphrey allowed me to take this past spring of the J.H. Leighton Stuebenvillne factory site. Dated 1902. He also had Leighton’s marriage certificate dated 1881, registered in Chicago, Illinois.
  5. Hi Travelers! Very nice words there ! Welcome back to the hobby. I am currently working on a few Kokomo Opalescent videos. I hope to publish the first on within a couple of weeks.
  6. Hi Chad , I have an advanced copy . This has about 17 thick stock pages of full color group shots on each page with the name of the marble type on each group. Otherwise, there is no text , a good reference for identifications . 700 photos, 300 named types and oddball color combinations . Hardcover book about 12” x16” Terrific for the hardcore Vacor collector!
  7. Thank you Chad for sharing! William that’s a cool Sphinx moth sighting! I saw a few Lunas and just one Sphinx this year. Very nice !
  8. Thanks Chad for sharing ! Ron set this video appointment up for us and I felt lucky to tour the vault, and happy to share it. I had nearly an hour of video footage I had edited down to make it flow right for a video. We never got to her Christensens and other goodies. Absolutely impressive displays that went on for miles .A big thanks to Ron , Nola & John .
  9. Ron Chuck Brandstetter was right on the mark ! once in a while I can find them cheap locally at the flea markets but the cat is out of the bag on the internet for high end Trilite types. Sorry to hear about Dianne!

  15. Thank you William and Ron. It is such a pleasure to work with Ron ! He knows exactly what to say , has done the research, can fire off all the topic facts and is excellent on camera . The hardest part is deciding what footage I should omit . It’s a win-win for us all! I’m glad you enjoyed it.
  16. Thank you for sharing Chad ! Thanks guys for watching! we’re getting more Alley marbles material together to share soon.
  17. I like the way Steph worded that. With the larger sizes for Master (and other companies) the strands of colored glass will look more stretched out and you will get marbles that will show more base glass .
  18. A few premium Alley Agates from the Ron Shepherd , Craig Snyder and myself collections
  19. It looks goo for Unicorn/ Pan Am . Does it have an irridized surface ?
  20. I’m not seeing this as a Whispler.
