Just to be sure I understand, are you asking if the blue lets light through? I will recheck later, but if I recall correctly it does not

I do not have others with so much coverage from the ribbon, but it seems to otherwise fit with Rainbo patterns 0.61"

I am fairly new to the hobby as well, and live in an area where truly vintage marbles are not all that easy to come by. 55US seems quite steep, but if you are far from good honey holes or you just want to easily start up a decent but common collection, don't be discouraged by others. It depends on your financial situation, the ease at which you can get to marble shows and people in the hobby, and how much trouble you want to go to to get good marbles. That said, if you are looking to resell, HARD Pass!

There were a lot of slags in the lot I bought it with. Initially thought so too, but it just gave more swirly vibes. Hopefully a few others will comment

First thought was a German striped transparent/ slag but the seam is not as obvious as it usually is with those and the white is all beneath the surface, nothing actually on the surface itself.

I hope others will comment as well, but here goes. The little one is called a Peewee Cat's Eye. Based on the colours I want to say it is likely Japanese but not sure. The 'ribbons' are called vanes. Those are multi vane cats eye marbles (usually they are 6 or 9 vaned but can differ). Some of those may be classified as caged cats eyes. Most looks a bit modern The last one looks like it may be a Peltier Rainbo, but will need more photos. Ps. I am a big collector of lego minifigs as well! -

Yes, there is a very dark brown between the red/orange and white. There is a similar coloured ribbon in that mostly blank side
