  1. I think that is a Serpent. Really nice looking one!
  2. I am leaning Alley, but wait for others to confirm
  3. I totally get it, I purely mentioned it as I do put a LOT of stock in Cheese's opinions, he has given me a lot of guidance as a new collector (by far the most help and guidance if I were to be honest.), but he had mentioned that he was not certain on this ID. I only added the details that I have asked on the other site to this topic as I realised some people would have seen my post there, but it had been a fair while ago and did not want them to question their own recall. That was all. I did not mean for it to come across like I question the help I receive on either site...
  4. I want to say it is probably a game marble but the colour is so different I just thought to double check...
  5. Had this one on AAM a while back, where Cheese indicated he believed it is European. Thought I would just double check for consensus over here. Thanks!

    Yasuda opaque ?

Now I definitely see the transitional aspect of it. Agree with Japanese Transitional (likely Yasuda)
  7. Beautiful Vacor serpent!

    Yasuda opaque ?

I am not sure I am seeing Yasuda, but honestly not sure what else it would be. So no help from me, sorry🤪
  9. King marbles is a modern Chinese company. Here is a link to a thread on the forum:
  10. I am getting a Champion vibe. Let's see what others say...
  11. One of my favourite Master Brush Patches for this Sunday's best
  12. Just to be sure I understand, are you asking if the blue lets light through? I will recheck later, but if I recall correctly it does not
  13. I do not have others with so much coverage from the ribbon, but it seems to otherwise fit with Rainbo patterns 0.61"
  14. Pattern seems a bit wonky, but colours scream Pelt to me
  15. A bit sad about the big hit, but still a nice marble
  16. Size + Pattern = Likely Alley?
  17. Alta

    Swirl

Alley? Or is it possibly a slag? Size is 0.61"
  18. Some of my newest additions. Believe all 4 are Akro
  19. I am fairly new to the hobby as well, and live in an area where truly vintage marbles are not all that easy to come by. 55US seems quite steep, but if you are far from good honey holes or you just want to easily start up a decent but common collection, don't be discouraged by others. It depends on your financial situation, the ease at which you can get to marble shows and people in the hobby, and how much trouble you want to go to to get good marbles. That said, if you are looking to resell, HARD Pass!
  20. Beautiful marble, definitely looks Master to me
