Hi, I am in Lombardy, in Brescia (northern Italy), between Milan and Lake Iseo and Lake Garda. This second one is wonderful, (I adore it!) it feels like being in maritime areas, in fact it is described as "a sea between the Alps and the Po Valley"( I spend my summer weekends here ). But, even Lake Iseo has its charming spots, unfortunately with very few beaches, but beautiful to spend the day. Then there is Lake Como, with its beautiful luxurious historic villas, so much so that George Clooney purchased one of these villas in 2002. Those who want to see beautiful 'houses' must go here! Yes, Tuscany is loved by all Italians. The cities you mentioned are wonderful Also, beaches, mountains, pine forests, yes, beautiful region! .
