This marble was my most favorite “discovery” of all time because at the time I found it I was unaware internal lutz swirls existed.  I hadn’t seen pics of any previously and hadn’t heard they were made.  I remember literally screaming with excitement.  It’s not my prettiest, or best…but my excitement and delighted level has yet to be matched.269AB30E-B0CE-4B81-9CD7-9E9D1798DE3B.jpeg.49ccfe0a211929de78a164a56c738004.jpeg

    So cool !!!

  2. This is a well used Marble (if it's actually a marble) it quite large IMG_20230731_211416.thumb.jpg.9b41cf7a8751840defcba73fa0dc6ee7.jpg

I tried to identify the material based on the clear rounded "hit"marks to no success🤷🏻‍♀️ (I thought identifying the material may help me narrow a year bracket)

📸Here's so other photos (true color would be the first photos) other used flash to try and pick up the divots more)IMG_20230731_211439.thumb.jpg.96c5330930e0cd887eb2d58ae3e49b25.jpgIMG_20230731_211443.thumb.jpg.faa99ccdb12349d1f02ba565cffc1e6b.jpgIMG_20230731_211445.thumb.jpg.2b9cb2ae4cc5a38b79cc22416cd708a4.jpgIMG_20230731_211509.thumb.jpg.0ccd0289b3e85d2cf239e938f5aacbe6.jpg

  3. 😎IMG_20230731_101109.thumb.jpg.779bc7d48e1c3cd6379fb8cf6a4f8dad.jpgThere was a recent Auction I attended and there was so many marbles it was nuts... But these are my scores...

👀Many came in lots so say you had a bag in mind you had to bid on the whole lot. I am hoping to spark some interest with my children and I hope they get into this as much as I am.

😬Seems the agenda these days is to push technology on children and I am more the board games, flash light tag, catch lightening bugs, make mud pies, start collecting something you love kinda mom.

Idk about you all but I think life was much more enjoyable then. 🤫

🔍Anywho I didn't get anything "fancy" but man do I just love the thrill of old things!!! Makes you feel like you're apart of that decade or brings up memories of it.

Thanks for peaking and sharing in my joy 😊IMG_20230731_101101.thumb.jpg.25d9cf9f46cee61ab6c9a0427f94febe.jpgIMG_20230731_100933.thumb.jpg.6a72f6afe688949fc063953f81619e5e.jpgIMG_20230731_101141.thumb.jpg.ea5e5233b91b69d2ede18052a7d30c00.jpgIMG_20230731_101133.thumb.jpg.10964a316da1560a30cd52e2dd66baf2.jpgIMG_20230731_101602.thumb.jpg.320605f040c5f99ae05870472707ff1e.jpg

this whole bag of agates glows it was hard to capture but super bright green 🫣 I was so excited. Many other bags had uranium in them as well (like 1 or two) or Cadmium 🤗

I felt like such a kid!!!! I am so happy to have a community of people to share this excitement with. 🥰

Thanks Chad for the 3rd, would I have been right in saying the cracking beneath the surface happened during the cooling process? The marbles itself is smooth as butter and magnified no outer visible hairlines.

I'm curious how that would occur. When I Google lol it doesn't really give any information other than repairs for countertop marble 😂😵💫
