Im having trouble with a couple marbles. These were purchased early on in my still nascent marble collecting days. I’m 99% sure on the top three rows. It’s the fourth row, elevated ones that are giving me trouble. If they are indeed PPP, what’s up with them? And if you notice anything in the top that is of note(anything from rare to “not a pelt”, feel free to shout it out!!!
here are the last 5 had to switch things all around I’m guessing Akro, if memory serves

I agree with Ric,
The last images may show some Vacor "Black Panther "Tweeners". This is bound to happen during a change over of glass colors.
The Chinese makers have been copying Vacors for years now.
Here is a link to alibaba—the Chinese version of amazon—just search marbles and be surprised.

Marble--On!Wow! You’re not lying. I’m pretty sure every marble in those “beginners collections” on eBay came from here. I had a feeling there was a lot of unbranded glass. How long do you think it is before they’ve become good enough to fool us?

… which are minimal but hopefully growing!
Some of these I think I know. Be kind, but correct me if I’m wrong! Some of them I have no clue!!!! I guess I play by eBay rules: EVERY marble is a Christiansen Master King, and anything even close to red is ox blood. 😂
I believe I know the circled marbles! To the right, I believe to be marble King bumblebees , to the left, MK Boy Scouts. The others with similar colors have me a little lost. Heck, even the ones I “know”, I’m not sure of!
onto them
You can see that light passes through the marble on the right, not at all on the left. The marble on the right has a bluish green clear base. The one on the right, looks black, and is opaque, but I have something telling me it’s not black
I hope that’s enough information for those two. Moving on to the yellow and blue marbles.
first marble is the one that has what it looks like the tip of a canoe. That’s what end of the stripe it does not go completely around the marble. You cana totalof the pics. The last one is the marble with the red piping inside the yellow
’ll put thanks right here. Thank you so much for looking and trying and helping me. I really appreciate it.once again, if you made it this far thank you so much! I’m just giving into marbles, and can use all the help I can get. It’s a super hobby, but I find it more difficult to identify the marbles than I do mushrooms(one of my other hobbies). In fact, in some cases, there are a lot more difficult.

Thank you, gentlemen. Much appreciated. And as I expected.

Was sold , or was purchased?
You do not have to wait for an ID. Show us what you have in mind--we are not shy here.
The colors do not line up with CAC imho
Post here before you buy--or sell for that matter.
If we cannot ID a marble here, well--no-one can imho.
It is a very nice looking marble, rare in coloration. I am seeing a deep red on an almost purplish/blue base glass.
It is a very nice looking marble.
It may be an Alley, more opinions are needed and all are respected.
Marble--On!!
All right, I’m gonna call you out on your kindness and skills!!! I have an opportunity to buy these for 30 bucks. They’re being advertised as PELTIER Burnt Super Boy, but I’m pretty sure the one of the lower right is a king. What do you think? I guess my issue is I don’t know what I should be paying for marbles. With baseball cards, I’m your guy, all day every day. But being so new, I’m a little leery of getting ripped off. Especially since the pricing seems so much different than the baseball card world. in fact, I found the pricing to be literally all over the place. Any helper insight obviously greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.

The last pictures, the blue marble, was sold as a Christianson, I’m guessing not the case?

I don’t know where I got them, but I got them all together. And I’ve had them for a while. I’m wondering if anybody can give me a shove in the right direction and then the last marble is a totally different marble that I would love your opinion on. Thanks so much for any advice and or constructive criticism.-

It’s definitely weird though, right? Also, is that big one fairly common? Thanks for the quick answer. Truly appreciate it. The middle blue one I’m probably just being a weirdo about because I got a bunch of marbles that look like it but are not pelts. Thanks again.

Any help at all, or constructive criticism, would be greatly appreciated. Man, it seems really hard to post bc pictures here in the order you want them to come out in. At any rate, we’re looking at the middle of marble. It was sold to me as a PPP. something about it looks different. I don’t think paralyzed, but maybe? Now let move these pics Hey it works!. This marble measures a perfect .65
e see if I can get the other
100% sure what I have here. Ah-doy otherwise, I wouldn’t be posting this😜. is this second one maybe some sort of Gigantor pelt. It’s a whopping .943, definitely the biggest pelt I have if it is!
forum.
This third batch of pics are of a blue marble was sold to me as a Pelt in a decent looking batch but something looks off to. Probably because I’m a weirdo.

Ha! It IS funny. The card game is just gotten too crazy. Prices all over up and down, people getting in fights in stores. Everything is graded. Companies raising prices AND print runs…. Marbles seems to be a much more relaxing and easy-going hobby. But now you’re gonna make me bust out so my favorite cards and show off a lil

Chad, thanks! Feel free to call me DJ, as most do! The grand stands (or bleachers) came from Etsy I think. You have to assemble them, but they are super cool. Stackable (I lost a piece which is why I have to hold it in place.. They have roofs that are removable and they’re connectable side to side. You could probably build a whole stadium if they have turn pieces.
Jimbo, I’m assuming you mean this one? (I’m directionally challenged) it was sold to me as a Heaton that was NOT a dug marble. I’m brand new to marbling, so all I do is make sure that other people were bidding on an item, look it up, try to get in late. this one ended in the middle of the night, so I could snipe it. It did come from seller on eBay, who is usually pretty accurate with identification. But I don’t know. I’m pretty much just buying what I like, and trying not to get fleeced 😂

That little bitty slice of rainbow is the Hoopty-di-rah I was talking about. I’ve got a bunch of those, and none of them had that. So I thought it was interesting. And as a brand new collector, I’m smart enough to know what I don’t know, which is everything.
I will reply with pics shortly

Blue. Upon closer look, I think I must agree with you. .73 size and more twists and turns than a continuous line.

Only one “leaf “in the center if that’s what you’re talking about. It does seem to have a bazillion stripes from top to bottom that are completely transparent. You have to look closely to see them.
