Not Akro or a brick IMO, not sure of manufacture
I have a few of these. Chinese marbles peddled on Amazon as vintage or at least something known.

Trilites. Not all trilites are helmets, but all helmets are tri lite. So I’ve been duly instructed.

Wow! Thanks Jeff! Who knew I had some cool/rare pieces?I started like a month and a half ago. Not even sure where I got these guys. I think these may have been in an antique store where the owners seemed a happy to get rid of a jar of marbles. Most was junk. And yes. Seems like I have two marble king and two pelts. Sounds like both of the MK‘s are tough, but the big boy is incomparably tougher. That’s crazy! I’m gonna look around and see if I can determine where I got it. Thanks again, everybody, for your help.

I can’t disagreee! I’m not sure how it was advertised. And it’s tough to get the base color to show. But it sure is pretty. 😂 that’s my main factor in purchasing. Thanks for the help, all.

Sorry, guys. I gotta pump the brakes. Apparently I have 3 very similar. 🤣 I’ll do the one we have seen first, then the other two. Original and one of the other two are .61. Biggest is .67. Also, the original and XL look more related to each other.
here’s the OG
Finally, the “odd man out”. Something different all together? Wish I could get some better light on it
actually, maybe not so finally. This big boy (.96) is orange white blue, and purple too. Someone ID’ed it awhile back as a king or master something or other. At any rate, I don’t think it’s related but idk

Oh, indeed I was! Pretty good week for a new guy. Someone drilled a hole in one, tho. (I don’t think pelts are old enough, right?) but one has a real banger of a UV patch. Lit up the room style! Gonna make a post on this weird vitro (I think) I got as well maybe a couple others that have me stumprd.

It is not a CAC--lets get this straight right now.
The new images still have me wondering if it is handgathered.
I do see what appears to be a chink of "furnace glass" embedded in the matrix. This would more than likely suggest a machine made marble but not always.
The base glass appears to be purple—am I right?
Size always matters with Marble ID’s—what is the size?
Marble—On!!Yup, it IS purple. Size wise it’s .63” or 16.1 mm if metric’s your thing.

ha! Many thanks I just buy what I like my trove is small, but growing! I have a feeling we are in the company of greatness, though! I’m willing to bet some of these folks have ROOMS for their marbles. I have a couple shelves Also (it may be too late) Pro Tip: do NOT tell friends/family/loved ones, co-workers for secret Santa… basically ANYONE that might give you a gift, that you’ve started a marble collection.
It’s not that people will laugh or make fun of you. I encourage those things regularly. It’s because You’ll be certain to get a a couple of the “starter packs”, or maybe some “civil war era” marbles. As the years go by, you’ll get various wall hangings, t-shirts, socks, books (usually REALLY bad books), paper weights. There will be puns, too, I’m sure. You make it easier for people to shop for you, but you start ending up with a lot of repeats!
Here I am complaining about gifts Jeez #first world problems. At any rate, I think people have always loved wee tiny marbles! I found this and wanted to share
i couldn’t help but to include some of my favs.

Looks blurry but great! Djp5690- how small is this mauve treasure?
That one is 4.9550. I forgot to mention. Occasionally , you’ll get a batch that has some glowers!!!!!
of course, when that happens, someone always has to show up to steal the spot light!
thanks for asking about these! I was SHOCKED to find this one!!!

Well, I found em. I had more than I thought! Pics incoming. PLEASE let me know if you need better light/pics/etc!!!
this appears to be some sort of makers mark? Maybe a crown? Or maybe the sun rising over a hill? I don’t know. It’s weird and I’ve never seen it.
well, I won’t say that’s all of them because it’s certainly not. But it’s most of the varieties I have. At some point I sleep thought like four bags of 80 mini JABO’s.I’m still going through them.

It was sold to me as a “Latter Era 1/2" Wet Mint (-) Champion Agate Furnace Peewee Marble”. Looks to have a deep red base? Lots of stuff going on in the right light. I’m literally just starting my marble so everything I have might be something cool, or cheap junk I got fleeced on. 😂 Teo others I got at the same time/seller were sold as JABO neon nightfall. They were juuuuust over a half inch. If I recall, most of my tiny marbles came from him. I know I have a couple more “kittens”
floating around too.

Here are all of my peewees for help with ID. The dark blue with pits and black streaks 13mm. The clearie is the smallest at 9 mm. 'Kitten's eye' is 13mm, and the could be (MK?) is also 13mm. The light Amber, and slightly darker amber and the 'crackle glass are all 14mm. You never know how valued these little guys are until you temporarily loose one from 'the litter of babies'! Thanks and best wishes--
I really enjoy finding the oddities in life, and marbles. My two “kitten eyes” check in at 10.72 and 10.76 the big black one at 13.
