Better pics of the Pelt in pic 1 at 12:00 might be a Fruit Cocktail. Remember I said might be. The Rainbo to its right is a Keeper. Killer color combo for surešŸ”„

Thanks! Ā I’ll try to do some digging/get some better pics. I have more raino’s than you ca shake a stick at, but that one has called to me Ā

  3. Saw someone earlier ask if there was a name to the specific Peltier Rainbo he posted, and it got me thinking. I have a fair amount of wonky looking Bo’, abd I wonder if any are named, so here’s a few..(full disclosure, a couple MCS snuck in. Ā This is the tip of the iceberg of my ridiculous rainbow collection, but I don’t bore anyone with 18 pages of them Ā šŸ˜†)IMG_8179.thumb.jpeg.d94c4de61e792293f118f57df3673ed4.jpegIMG_8180.thumb.jpeg.30c80b78daacb0c494eccf19d30c965d.jpegIMG_8181.thumb.jpeg.9464adad3895d74ce09e81edc283a02e.jpegIMG_8182.thumb.jpeg.d8aa463e5e995b5be27525600fd0cebf.jpeg

This is a Patch type and they are hard to pin down for sure.

I would say either a Master Made Marble or an Akro Agate--with a lean towards Master.

More opinions are needed here for sure and I respect them all.

    Marble--On!!

thanks guys! Ā Of note, that green is BURRIED (almost mid-mib) in the clear base. The yellow is sub-surface as well. All my other masters seem to be patches on the surface, for the most part. Surface of this one is clear.Ā

Hmmm, the first one I am not sure of--maybe a Vitro.

The rest--well, look to me like a mix of older and newer Marble Kings.

@MelissaĀ can give us a better idea for sure.

    Marble--On!!

If it helps, top nib in 3 abd 4, and only 1 in pic 6, base glass is transparent blueĀ

It’s a beauty, for sure. As far as value, an eBay did search might give you something of a starting point. It’s not perfect, because obviously no two are the same, but it’s a start.Ā

I am trying to make out whether this marble has seams like a Peltier or if it's a swirl that just happened to fold this way.Ā  Ā If it is a swirl and if it is vintage then I will say Alley.Ā  Ā

  10. Awesome. Thanks so much for the help!!!! Ā Trying to get my collection straightened out. The DAS I’ve got have been easy. I pretty much stick to the shiniest of them. šŸ˜† Everything else has been a challenge because it’s been a while. Here’s some sparkly goodness for your viewing pleasure.Ā IMG_7975.thumb.jpeg.1a9583364ba9674a7d5839e1c9365aaf.jpeg

  11. Ok, so some of these are easy/obvious/I even know them. But call em out if you do, and let me know what you think of the light box. I’m terrible at pics. I’m going to be posting a bunch to eBay soon and I want to have the best pictures possible. Obviously in a game like this, the pictures are everything. Thanks again for your help and suggestions

    Wow, that's blisteringly fast!

I’m my way home right now to put this 50 mm F 22 together. I don’t think it’ll go quite as fast, until I upgrade the fans. But I’m still a novice at this. I have probably three months before. I’ll be ready to fly this thing.
things getĀ really fast when they’re up to about 90 mm. Some of those guys can push 200. I believe this Habu 90 mm hit 208 miles an hour

Then there’s the other side of the coin. Some of the lighter planes are intended to go long distance. They’re flown via GPS and the camera mounted in the nose. Some of the longest distances they pushed it been about 100 km and a single battery. I think I’m really going to enjoy flying this guy. It’s a hobby that has so many options. I haven’t even thought about helicopters or amphibious vehicles yet.
