roany poany
I’ve sifted through big Al’s site and other’s. I’ve seen all manner of "flats"(I'm talkin to you cork..lol), gems, and other egg shaped stones, but I have yet to see even 1 cateye football that looks like the ones richsantacaluse has posted here. I still contend his were mistakes made during regular marble runs. And dang nice ones too, I might add. Anybody have a direct link to the sale of these sold in bulk, with pictures? again...egg shaped stones and flats dont count. I was gonna google door knockers and post em here, but I'm tired so just pretend I did. (Close only counts in horse shoes, body odor, hand grenades, and dancin') dont ya just hate it when underlined words are not links?(I'm talkin' to you Sue])
richsantaclaus
Yes as I LOVE fishy stuff anyway and that link is a good one for that - but - they didn't have the same footballs I was fortunate to find!
orbboy
LOL Poany you forgot to read this word "representational" While there were hundreds in the bin I doubt I could have pick out a set like the one posted. A nice handful of footballs sure but like I said they varied greatly from flats to chewed up looking wads of gum. Looking at Big Als pic I can see a football in there. I'm sure if someone had access to a large drum of them you would be able to pick out a set.

marbleus1
purty sure the same. I'm on a diff computer, so no pic. program to play with Richs pic - to lighten. Changed my position though unitentional. my premise As someone suggested Cherry Picked from large lot. unitentional this company makes tons of shapes, no need to make this one. A natural to marble process occurance football errors. This company makes many marbles including Cats, The small amount of marbles from this link can be picked out of Richs Photos, his also seem to contain other than "cateye". looks like to me. IMO David what about that stubb, out the ashtray thar, I got a light.

I’m still not convinced those were/are manufactured on purpose . I’ve seen a measure of footballs that were Akro, Peltier, older (pre-Joker) Jabos, etc. so……?" at worst its a tye altough it'd be purty easy to establish ur point these babys be errs. abanger sells her cull.
