b-80 Posted July 1, 2013 Report Share Posted July 1, 2013 George Patrick of Grand Island, Nebraska a long time marble collector passed away June 29th. He was 82. George and his wife Betty were charter members of the Great Plains Marble Society. Both were very active in their pursuit of vintage and machine made marbles. I acquired a number of his great marbles over the years; wish I had bought more! He will be missed. My sympathy to Betty and the family . . .
