What do I call this one, please?

It's 1 1/2"/37mm marble (boulder?  toebreaker?) which appears to have the Milky Way swirling through it (lots of small bubbles).  Two larger bubbles visible.  Thin blue, orange, and yellow ribbons.  No clear pontil (?)  No signature visible.  How can I tell a maker or estimated manufacture date?  Is it machined or handmade?

That's a machine made "Fiesta" marble made by Vacor in Mexico and marketed in the US under the Mega Marbles brand.

My name for that size is boulder.

That's a lovely example in a nice size.  I am reasonably sure it was made in 2000 or later.
