Quantumchaos
Hello All, I found this 15mm clay or ceramic marble under a 1880s brick sidewalk in IL (back in 1994) when we were replacing the sidewalks in town. Does anyone know the value and type? Thanks Again
Steph
I'm not always sure how to tell the difference between clay and something like limestone in photographs. The value is mostly just knowing that you have a little piece of history.
I'llhavethat1
Cool find. Hard to say value or type. Most ceramic marbles are more collectible if there is a pattern or glaze. I still have a couple marbles I found in the garden of my old place. Not because they were anything special but more because I associated them with a point in time.
