Luminescent Oxblood

So I seem to recall reading somewhere that If a marble is luminescent its Akro.  Is this correct? Is this an Akro swirl?

If every marble that glows is Akro. I helped make several thousands of Akros.  I think every machine made marble company made marbles that glow. If it glows it is Akro, is one of the oldest false statements for machine made marbles. Once something gets in print it just never goes away. even if false. Your marble is likely Alley Agate. Akro made very few swirl marbles. Their standard production was patches, corkscrews, patches and ribbons.
