The blue and white one was found in a bay of Washington state, and the other was found in a mole hill in the same area. I would love it if someone could help me figure out a little more about these fun little marbles! Thank you. Unfortunately, your pics are a bit too blurry for me - you may have gotten a little too close with camera.
