Trying my best to start downsizing, but it’s hard.

I found a Blenko 5616C vase while we were there, too inexpensive to leave it.

First time in 20 years I put marbles in a case for sale. I had a booth with my previous wife, we had a high-security gun display case where we put the good stuff. Someone lifted a bunch of higher-end AKROs, the store owner shrugged it off. We packed up that same day we found the loss. Fast forward 15 years and we (my current and last wife) had a locked case in a local store, had an expensive Case knife stolen. Again, pulled and left.

this is my 3rd attempt selling in a local store. While we were stocking I noticed 2 knives were gone. Habit kicked in and I was pissed. Turned out the owner had sold them, listed them as being for another seller.🤯

we have talked about opening our own store, even selling from the house. But I don’t want strangers wandering around our “museum”, too many expensive smalls out in the open.
