Akro Popeye Patches are usually a dug marble and the UV reaction is generally associated with the yellow and green variety of "Popeye’s". That being said—I think that you have a “Popeye patch” from the wild. The “whispy white” may be covered by the UV imho. I appreciate all opinions and look forward to some more. Marble—On!!
