Pete2226
There are 3 Vanes and a fourth vane that is completely clear and can just barely be seen in the first 2 of the group of 6 photos. There is a cut or a pinch or a cold fold (which is it?) that crosses the pole where the vanes meet. The base is clear without a hint of a green tint (the green in some of the photos is reflection from the vanes). Diameter = 0.638" So, what do I have?
Al Oregon
There are a lot of oddities in the cat's-eye vanes.

It takes some time and a lot of marbles to pass through your fingers my marble collecting friend. I am not too hesitant to call this one a Vitro "Hybrid" cats eye (a collectors name). As you collect, you will find many of these in many color combinations. They are a very nice Cats eye that include some nice clear base glass along with a multitude of colors involved. You keep on collecting my friend and keep posting here for any answers that you may need. You posted some great images--keep it up! Marble--On!!

Pete2226
UPDATE: Stephen Bahr tells me the marble is a Heaton. I think a key diagnostic for him is the OPEN VENT.
