cat's eye jack

i'm pretty sure i posted this quite a while back. from the large chunk of swirled glass, i break off pices from 1 1/2" to 3". it goes into my wifes rock tumbler 24/7 for 6 to 7 weeks. it is allmost impossible to get a high gloss on glass. linda is one of the best...........jack

sorry to say i never met the gentleman but everett sure could put a great marble i.d. book together along with really interesting stories, i must have read them countless times. he will be in our prayers. jack and linda.

it's been 13 years now since the guide to cat's eye marbles first came out. myslef plus a lot of other collectors feel we are due for an update, i personally cast my vote to our own david c. it is frustrating to find a nice looking cross thru as the one i listed and find nothing about it. thanks, jack.

well, iv'e heard of them but never figured i'd have a chance to bid on a 50 count bag of camel cat's eyes all of which were white cross thrus. the winning bid was $110 but i'm pretty sure he would have gone higher. sure was a cool bag lol. thanks, jack

i used to love those old boston whaler commercials showing the boat completly cut in half and the dude keeps putting along..now that's a boat

the humboldt bar is known to every big time surfer in the state. winter storms bring in 50' rideable waves. you just have to be good enough to make it through because the great whites are waiting in line for breakfast lunch or dinner. and i bet everyone thought humboldt county was just a place to get good smoke lol........jack

that's my favorite program...wish i still had that boat. complete water tight hull and engine conpartment, a low center of gravity. engine, fuel and ballast mounted very low, sealed air tanks up high. i tried to roll her many times but she just wouldn't do it lol. thanks for looking..jack
