Could be ... but how can you be sure?
Based on the numbers of Kokomos created, when it doubt, tie goes to Pelt.Sometimes I really wanna say "Koko" and you'll hear me instead say "Made on a Rainbo machine" ... that's my way of covering myself ... coz I don't commit to the location of that particular Rainbo machine at the time the marble was made.
Thanks. I'm fairly clueless about Kokomo but this red was the brightest I'd ever seen on a Rainbo, so I shared it on FB and somebody immediately suggested Koko. It's quite pretty but given my lack of other identified Koko's, and for the sake of convienence, I'm keeping it with my "made on a Rainbo machine" group.

I was really hoping that Edna would say, "Of course -- that's part of the pea family. It's a Blue Eyed Susan."
For the record: this style was named the Vitro Blue Eyed Susan back in March 2018 by the Stephmeister

My gut says this is a Tiger Eye. Maybe Joe accidentally dropped the wrong cullet into a tank that day. I'm calling it's Joe's Folly.

FB said maybe "newer MK" ?

near mint
Haha! You got me. I was thinking you were going to photograph marbles near a mint plant.

Somewhere I swear I have a photo of a box of peewee CAC guineas, or did that I dream that?

Exactly!
Hey .... lookit!
From 2011 ... so it's not a very recent name game thing.
"Chocolate Hermaphrodite: Blue, orange/pink, NLR with adventurine, chocolate base."Yup, that's it, although my chocolate has more avocado.
I am sure there's a simple explanation but it is now lost to time unless somebody who worked there kept a very detailed daily diary.

There's no way the Peltier manager said, "Let's take expensive blue and black aventurine and make a few barrels of marbles using that rotten toad green that Joe concocted. Kid's will love these!"
Edit: OK, maybe he said that, but I doubt he worked there for much longer.

Strange to not accept returns but I suppose it makes sense at those prices, for the risk of buyer's remorse increases.

Thanks. Would love to find a wet mint pile of these!

Those flames are sizzling. Wear asbestos gloves!

And to dovetail that, did those makers all make 1" vaseline slags? I've never seen anything above a 7/8" vaseline but then again I only recently found a 1" slag in another color.

So what is It? If I may?
It's not Peltier according to several on another forum. Probably Alley swirl.

I read that they (agate grinders) lived to about age 35 due to the cold conditions + moisture + dust.
