  1. Maybe instead of being an unswirly swirl, the left one could be a very swirly Peltier patch.  I thought of that on first glance, but then my  mind dismissed it by the time I got around to typing my post.  But I'll note the thought here.

  2. Looks like  very unswirly swirls, so unswirly that someone might say Jabo.  They both do look vintage to me though.  But I usually put all my "transparent swirls" together and don't even try to sort by maker.

Maybe they're  unusual enough though that someone can give us a lesson about them.

How do you id this canary. Is it the glow and the seams

It both glows under UV and has great fire inside in daylight.

The time I realized I might have something special was when I noticed that it had the handgathered nine pattern.   Then later my favorite Pelt guy confirmed it for me.

  4. Overall a lot of commons.

The solid color ones are called game marbles.

The transparent ones are called clearies.

And you have a lot of cat's eyes.

This picture has the most moderately interesting ones, but nothing is standing out to me.    If you broke it up into lots which conveniently fit into a small priority mailers you might be able to get up to $100 for even the commons on ebay.   Maybe others will see some worth pulling out and giving special treatment.  Oh, speaking of special treatment, if you do plan to sell, then be very careful not to knock them around too much.  Condition is very important to marble value.   And sorry for your loss. :( This is a solid assortment of vintage marbles.  Just on the common side.
