That's the direction I was looking.  I hunted up the South American marbles thread.  OMG, those are pretty ones, and one maybe had about the right colors.  But guess not.

The first two here look Vitro ... or Akro.

Not that similar to the marbles in the first post, to my eye as I browse sitting in my car on a break from work.

That first marble in the first poast stands out in such a big way.  I could see it as Peltier.  Yet I wouldn't be surprised if it did turn out to be a different maker.

In the first pic, the ones with wider green patches and secondary yellow/orange/red patch or ribbon might have made me think Akro.  But in the context of the whole group, I don't know what to think.

Yeah, I was thinking Alley if vintage, Jabo if modern.

Uhhhh ... does the blue one have a black stripe on it?   If so, then  that complicates things.  

Chad, European and American "Striped Transparents" are a bit different. 

I agree with "slag" on the blue one since it is American and "striped transparent" on the European one because that's the custom for the European ones. 


 

[Edit: At least I'm assuming the orange is European.  Where is that definition from?  I couldn't find it with Google.]

I don't know what name it would have.  Just that it's amazing.

I'll go with Pelt.  I'm seeing Rainbo. 

That's a big difference. 

I didn't say anything because it seemed like such a solid Peltier consensus. 

But if we're throwing more names into the mix then, with only three ribbons, I offer Marble King for consideration.

I tried to get a significantly different view of the marble and still have it be blurry, but my cellphone wasn't having it.  Couldn't trick it into not focusing.  

Tried to trick it my moving the camera fast toward the marble.  Got a clear marble with the background looking like a Star Trek warp drive scene.  

Could be Champ.
