The Yellow is much different, I can see that, the book is wrong then?, you must have better schools in the US, erroneous, seriously I've never heard that term before, ha ha, thanks, back to square 1. What chance have you got if the books are wrong?

Hi, they are short with a slight curve, the patch seems a red/orange tinge, there are quite a few tiny black dots, debris? -
I'm a bit confused:- These are the same type of marble surely?😳

Hi Steph, that's incredible, how did you see that, I've blown up those images and can't see it, but low and behold the loupe picks up a dark, deep red srand, I'm gonna have to take a little more time checking these out!!, is it unusual?, thanks. Matt.

Hi, the cut lines I can only see with a loupe, sort of look like a fine strand of hair, they run into the discoloured patch. -

Hi, on further inspection it has lots of tiny bubbles, almost like a fizzy drink?, also a kind of brown smear, the camera struggles to pick it up!😱

Hi I've moved these images from another thread, it fizzled out, I didn't get an ID. The smaller is 0.47", the other is 0.50", my books say half inch and under are rare? The larger has a blur at one side of the patch, patch Hero? Thanks.

You can't see me right now, but I'm dancing in my living room!!! I'm actually getting somewhere, the help ive received from the board, and the time spent reading up on posts, is starting to pay off!!! You were right, this lot I bought at the U.S auction, is worth its weight in gold!! A great way to learn, thanks. Matt.

The Blue swirl is 0.65", the multi colour 0.56"

Here are the 2 little ones, the smaller being 0.47", the yellow seems a bit deeper in colour. The larger one has a blur at one end of the patch, is this a Patch 'Hero', maybe I'm wrong on both, im not confident enough as yet.😚

What size is the marble?, I've 2, acquired in an auction lot I purchased recently. In an ID book I have, it says 0.5" and under are too rare to value?, mine are 0.47"+0.50", the larger being a tad different. Question being?, are small Moss Agates rare?, if so I'll post pics tomorrow.
