The Miller Swirl has always been a cool thread in my opinion. Maybe there’s more information about the base glass and color combo on these that someone knows about.

Absolutely 100% ! I have a few and they are definitely keepers in my collection.

It’s my understanding it has to do with how the ribbons are configured around the clear base glass. I bought it at a Phoenix show in 2004ish with few other hand mades from a Seller who only sold German hand mades. I didn’t really focus on handmade ID’s after that. All I know it’s a Submarine and I thought that was cool.

These Sparklers are an 1 and 1/4. I've always thought these were cool marbles.

She has to wait awhile on these for awhile.

Mine turned 9 yesterday. Of course she has an amazing marble collection that next to her rocks and fossil collection as well. I made sure these collections started as soon as swallowing a marble wasn’t a concern. I had to give her one because she was always Eye Ball’n mine. She will always get something made out of glass for her Birthday…..and she knows it. What about you guys ?

I have this European Sparklers that have the same kind of texture in it’s surface. I’m not sure “cold rolled” is the right term to describe the surface glass. Orange Peel ?

Ox Blood is usually more opaque. I think this one is a Jabo.

This one is cold rolled and pushing 3/4.

I think I might be right on these. I hope ! The first one is 5/8ths with a little clear and amber/honey base glass. The second one is 9/16.

It was fun being a “Bottom Feeder” when Ebay was flooded with marbles. I think William’s last marble is a Kokomo. What do you guys think ?

I've had it since I was a kid so I know it's Pre-70's.

I always watch American Pickers. Every now and they'll find one. I know Frank is gone but it my understanding he has an INSANE marble collection.

Do you think or do you know if marbles were sold out of gumball machines. I think it would be a cool thing to do at a marble show if it would work.

I’ve been sorting through my collection for 6 months now. I bought a house and will not be moving again. I’m finding marbles I want put back into circulation that got me hooked when I was a KID and now I’m a Grandpa and she has a collection of marbles I want her to have. Hand picked. My 2022 goal is to be a seller on EBay with 100% Positive feedback. These pictures are an example of how I’m sorting these Sunsets. I’m still sorting and making sure I keep the ones I want. I’m putting mixed groups together that have examples from Benningtons and to where we are now that new collectors can sort and try to figure out what they just got. I’m doing the same thing with corkscrew and on and on. So I’m doing a little bit of everything. Always collecting,trading,selling and feeding my granddaughter’s interest in marbles,rocks,fossils you name it. 🚀
