This is my busted up blue tinted base. It was in a group of hand mades and I knew what it was so I got the group. Busted up and it can’t roll off the table.

When Akro seams of transparent glass and opaque meet are really cool. Maybe there should be an Akro Eyelash thread.

Akro ! Master seams come to a point in the seams. I always thought that was a pretty good trait to base my Master I.D’s on. But not always

I think I might be able to take the edge off this one. Those 2 flags date a time in our history that tore our country apart.

You don't ever let the American flag touch the ground. It's just an American tradition here. FWIW

I think it has a little ketchup and mustard going for it and being twisted up is a plus. I have to go with Cheese on this one.

You are right. Your first and second pictures are clay marbles. Most of them in your group are called Benningtons and were made in Germany prior to WWI so they are old. Other Members will be able to give you more information on those. You have glass marbles that are very fine examples of different machine made marbles made by different factories here in the U.S.A. and other Members will help you with those as well.

I'm totally amped up that this one popped up during sorting and moving today. The cool thing is when I move my Mibs into my new house I can see them everyday. No more boxed up marbles. Right now it's a quick look and box them up. I do know that while I'm sorting and packing I want to sell my Akro and MKs. Here's why and it's simple. If Peltier made a truck and Akro made a truck I'd drive a Pelt truck. Kinda like driving a Dodge,Ford or Chevy. I am in so need of an MA meeting.

Thanks you guys. I knew it had Superman colors but I didn't want to put a name on it since it wasn't a Pelt. It will look good next to my Pelt Superman. I keep all of my anneal fractured marbles that are great examples that I would never sell. The reason being is I soak them in glycerin for couple of days and work the glycerin into the fractures. Like I said...they are in my collection not yours

They are 7/8ths. I have smaller Cosmic Rainbows and I was just trying to convince myself that they were CR because of their size.
