I'm only a few marbles away from being in the poor house myself. 😂 It's a very addicting hobby and you can truly go overboard which I have. I really need to learn how to pace myself.

Not trade beads but these are phenolic resin beads which are highly sought after by collectors, especially the darker ones. I lucked out and found these about a month ago at a local store. I think they are German but I’m not positive. The photos make the beads look small but the largest on this strand are about 20-25 mm.

@schmoozer those are lovely! Not sure of the value but I would pay that. If you’re on Facebook at all, join the group “bead collectors helping bead collectors” and they should be able to tell you for sure.

And then you get home to realize the package is still stuck at a USPS facility for another 3-4 days after the estimated delivery. First world problems. 😫

I do that in the summer. It’s difficult to have chicks outside in the winter with the water freezing. I do love hen hatching over incubators.
