I had it with Pelts and Mrs VAmarbles thought it was a water melon? That’s a hit mark and not a blow hole unfortunately. I have a few dragons so this one just looked off for Pelt. Either way it’s a keeper

We have this Akro Agate bag which I believe is from a 200 tin box? I’ve attached pictures from, American Machine Made Marbles, book. Can anyone confirm this bag belongs in a 200 tin? The original Akro advertisement in black and white is a little hard to see. Thanks

Picked up these marbles which I thought were originally master marbles but were told by the seller they were from Brazil. 3/4” to 7/8”. Most have Oxblood. Thoughts on these?

Picked these up at a garage sale over the summer. Very nice lady told me she got them while on a trip in Brazil? Since she was maybe 30 yrs older than me and I’m middle age, I wasn’t going to doubt her, lol. That’s all I have to go on? They are all about 3/4-7/8” and I’ve got about dozen of them. Most if not all have Oxblood.

We have these mater imposters in our collection with OX. Believe they are from South America.

Whatever it is it’s a killer marble. I will stick with nice swirl and put in on the top shelf. Bonus for being 3/4”.

I go with the percentages and say Akro. I’m not seeing enough to go CAC.

Maybe the last picture? You’ll have to backlight it for sure. I just looked through my Oxbloods and I think I only have one Master with OX after a Quick Look.

I see all Masters. Some of these are quite nice and IMO Masters are somehow unrated in the marble world.

Mine as well. just looks fairly unique.

Transparent base with translucent swirls. A bit beat up but I still have to clean it up a bit. First picture is with heavy LED light. Looks unique.

Pics are a little tuff. I would lean Akro. Maybe a lemonade? Does it glow under UV light? -
I remember watching an older video with Stephen or Ron calling one of the makers using a flip and a flop seam. Maybe I’m going nuts. Is there a specific maker who used this method? thanks!
