  1. I’m foreign on this one. Never seen any Vitro’s like it.
  2. I thought Lifesavers needed Orange as a color too? Maybe not?
  3. I know these are Akro’s but was wondering how rare the green one is? It came with some other Akro Superman’s. Is it’s a Superman offshoot? or just a tricolor? Thanks all!
  4. Some of our recent plastic surgery (polished). Before and After.
  5. This one have a name? Yes it has an inclusion too! Polished
  6. First is a divided core. 2nd is a yellow latticinio core swirl. This one since so wonky looks like it might have been worked on (polished)
  7. This is what I was referring too when using the term Coreless. 2”.
  8. Our Handmade Knowledge is fairly limited but was wondering how rare it is to find a 2” Core-Less? I’ve seen smaller core-less but not at this size. Thanks.
  9. Thanks Ric. My mind just went immediately to Akro due to the corking like action. The crease/pinch is a give away! Appreciate the help
  10. Anything unique about this Akro? Not sure I’ve seen this base color before? Thoughts on this. Thanks
  11. Few more Pics to verify

    Akro?

5/8. Sorry about the red background.
  13. Okay thanks Ric. I think you also have #2 correct as Champion and 3 as a Heaton. 4 might be a DAS
  14. Better look at marble 1. Any thoughts?
  15. Thanks Art. It made it over to the Akro section of the case. These older marbles even with surface wear are just such treasures.
  16. Guessing I’m leaning Akro or Vitro here. The red feels like Oxblood as well. Thoughts.
  17. That’s awesome Stephen. Unfortunately we dont have one yet. Maybe ask how many were produced per year? That might give me some better insight in finding one in the wild.
  18. It’s got a bit of an Alley Carnival look IMO. Not saying it is, but if the risk reward is low, I might take a chance. Last Carnival I saw sold for $300ish
  19. Alan This is where I saw the term cased. Maybe I’m reading this wrong and will defer to you who has much better knowledge on these Micas. I guess then can I ask, would all three of the OP and the last picture just be called Micas and nothing else?
  20. Okay. I think this one might be cased mica. Was in the same collection. Looks like to make it case blizzard you need the mica to be all inside under another thin film of glass. Tough to get a good pic
