So, I didn't really focus on the feel of the pontil before, but now I rub my finger over it, it definitely feels smoother and flatter than the surrounding area. Would this indicate the ground pontil type? @akroorka @I'llhavethat1

Amazing, thanks, the transparent blue did actually remind me a little of the only Indian marble that I have. Not done any research into Greiner yet, probably because I thought the chances of me ending up with one were so low, but it's next on the list now!

@akroorka I've got 3 of these now. Wasn't sure about them from the ebay pics, initially thought they looked modern Chinese too. Mine also came with a few older looking Vacors though, so that's probably what they are...

Although this colour does seem consistent with some CACs, but that might be wishful thinking. I'll put up some more detailed pictures tomorrow.

I think I've worked it out. The left and middle are the ones that I asked about a few days ago, prior to receiving them. The one on the right is from same seller, different lot. 1". Other suggestions welcome, but now I've got them, I definitely think there are strong similarities between these and my other opaques (also they came with quite a few which are likely transparent veiligglas + I'm UK based, so veilis are pretty abundant). Definitely not the more common colours that I'm used to seeing though.

Don't spoil it for me, I've got a good feeling about these and want to work through them at my own pace...Feel free to appreciate them but don't give me any names or hints just yet.

Thanks for the reassurance, and I do have a bit of a Vacor collection, so I'd happily add to that. I think I'm just trying to lower my expectations... This is the rest of the lot. Possibly not the best condition, but a nice range to stretch my brain with, and it does look like it includes 2 vacor confetti.

Not got these ITH, guessing about 1". Absolutely no idea, just dipped into Ebay for the first time in ages and this lot intrigued me. Don't mind if people think they are crud, just thought they looked interesting.
