Are German hand made glass the same time frame as the clays? More or less prevalent?
-
Thank you again for your explanation. I just made an assumption, because these were with all the clays I bought, so thought they were better then Imperial

I've been so focused on my clays, I've neglected so other cool looking things. I have about 8 of these, all similar. Alleys?

Not sure again about this. Not sure if the round mark is etched in, or it's a mark from firing. There are a lot very similar to this one, in the bag I bought Glazed

Drove an hour to check some new antique places I haven't been to. Almost stuck out, and the last booth had some baggies. My heart kind of stopped. They were listed as"Clay and Glass". There is a lot for me to look at, but obviously these took center stage. They are glazed, so I'm not sure if they are consider China's or not. I will be posting some of the other stuff as I go through it, because I am beside myself. Please excuse the extreme excitement. This is so freaking cool to me.

So, I've decided to try a different approach. Im going to try to learn one make, and then go through what I have and try to see if I can identify the types in looking for, instead of looking at every marble and getting overwhelmed. I appreciate all the help here. Are these Alleys?

Hmmm.....I don't think it's the same. It doesn't have that new gloss to it.
