ID ing help : Blue marbles from todays lot :

Hi all !

Iv'e separated the blues out from today's lot that I bought . Some of the marbles have a milky blue base color . Can anyone help to ID them ? Thankyou !

Maybe a couple of Akro corks.  Maybe more than a couple Peltier Rainbos.

And a lot of West Virginia swirls.  


The light blue one on the left near the bottom ... what's going on twith that ?  And the one with purple on the right?

Ok thankyou for the Peltier Rainbow  tip ! Yes the other two on the bottom are Corkscrews  . maybe I'll make a separate thread for the purple , and odd blue...thankyou !

There looks to be one lonely transitional  slag in there as well,  top center second one down , it can also be seen in the group picture 6th marble down 4 marble in from the left side

Good eye Craig ! That was one of the few oddballs in my entire lot. A real busted up marble with a translucent aqua blue base and a perfect corkscrew winding all around it. I’m not sure who the maker would be but it’s a good candidate for a rock tumbler treatment imo .

Yeah i love slags and can spot them in a group from a mile away 😎 pretty tough in general to pin down a maker in most case`s but that doesn't make them any less lovable and they are often well played with

i find the odd one in that pretty blue like yours and got one a week or so ago from under the floor of an old house made my day 🙂
