wvrons Posted April 15, 2019 Report Share Posted April 15, 2019 Akro patches. But not Popeye. A Popeye needs two or more colors other than white. These only have one color plus white. Numbers of colors can be important. But many times it is difficult to know if it is another true color. Or laying on top or under another color making it look like a different color.
