NLR Polar Bear?

Size is 21/32". Sort of looks like photos I've seen of NLR Polar Bears, but could also just be a no-name transparent base NLR. Anyone familiar enough with NLR Polar Bears to know whether or not this is it? Thanks!

This is a good reason why collector names confuse me so much.

What about this marble makes anyone think of a Polar Bear.

The colors are right for the collectors name but I am not so sure that it qualifies as one.

I will call it a nice Rainbo.

As always, more opionions are needed and welcomed.

Thank you for the reply! I am still very much learning and might be confused on the topic of what makes a Rainbo vs. a NLR. It was my understanding that Rainbo's had 1 or 2 ribbons, while NLR's had 4+ ribbons. When looking at the marble in the photo, I think I'm looking at 6 ribbons, but I could be wrong on that as well.

Any info or insights on this marble, or on how to better ID these in the future, is greatly appreciated!

No worry Nate, the Pelt Heads will kick the can on this one. 
I am not a name/category guy--just an ID guy. 
Breaking them down into categories is just not my thing. Too many marbles and too much to remember--.
