So here’s my next group I’m going to send her when she has time. The materials come out to about $5 a marble verse maybe $20 to polish a Hand Made. The cool thing is no glass is removed. Pontils can stay tight and not loose their original trait. I’m going to fund some of her costs. Here’s the bundle. She keeps a few for herself. She does a small group for me and then gets Vitro Tips as well. It’s a good deal. These would be then next ones I’ll asking her to do for me. I've been experimenting and subsurface hits, fractures, etc. still show despite the resin as its just really a clear coat. Some folks own vacuum chambers and that can get the resin all up in those nooks and crannies, but I have a pretty rudimentary set up so that handmade is probably not gonna be a tremendous success. But I'm gonna sure give it a shot and let's see what happens!
